Without bias to the arrangements of the General Terms, the General Sport sports betting Rules and/or the Casino Terms & Conditions, if any regard to these Bonus Terms and Conditions and/or the Bonus Rules is breached and/or there is suspicion or (including in Bet9ja's electronic records) of abuse of the perk promotion in any method, including, without restriction, a series of bets placed by a Client or group of Customers with the objective to abuse the bonus offer promotion, any efforts to get involved in the reward promo more than as soon as, or in the event of an abuse of an error or breakdown in the Bet9ja system, Bet9ja reserves the right to (i) suspend access to the Account; (ii) request supporting evidence from the Customer, such as proof of funds and the ID in a satisfactory format; (iii) take any such other actions as might be deemed proper to investigate the Account activity; (iv) recover any Bonus Funds and the perk promotion associated winnings from the reward balance and where reward balance has been redeemed, from the general account balance; (v) cancel any open bets started from the Bonus Funds; (vi) cancel the bonus promotion and/or eligibility for any future reward promotion; (vii) close the Account without the right for reinstatement; and/or (viii) report any abuse to the police authorities as might be required or permitted by law. Bonus promotion abuse incorporates, without limitation, positioning bets on the guaranteed consumer revenues regardless of the result.
Bet9ja reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions, cancel the reward promotion, alter or amend the Bonus Rules at any time if considered required in its opinion, if the scenarios emerge outside of its control or if required by law. In all such scenarios, Bet9ja may permit the Customer to finish the perk promo according to the Bonus Rules unless prevented from doing so by law or then present relevant circumstances.
The registration and use of the Account, all deposits, all bets (including from the Bonus Funds), the withdrawals and complaints go through the General Terms and Conditions, the General Sport sports betting Rules and the Casino Terms & Conditions.
